Huggins Homes is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

• Huggins Homes attempts to follow website design best practices that should allow it's site to be compatible with most commercially available PC programs, but does not guarantee functionality.

Huggins Homes is not compatible with:

• Due to the variety of web browsers, browser add-ons/extensions, operating systems and software patch levels, we cannot guarantee functionality across all platforms and configurations.  We do attempt to support desktop based Firefox and Chromium based browsers operating on recent versions of the Windows desktop operating system.

1. Third party tools, plugins, content, et-cetera: Third parties and their tools may not support accessibility or may conflict with accessibility software. We have no control over third parties. If a third party technology is not compliant or is generating a conflict, we will do our best to provide whatever contact information we have in our system for the technology, but it is the end user's responsibility to address their specific concerns with the vendor.
2. Testing tool(s): The tool(s) used to test accessibility of the site are neither maintained, owned or have had a code review performed by Huggins Homes.  We cannot attest to their fully functionality or ability to accurately test the site.
3. Site Design: The website is designed for a desktop computer based web browsing experience.  We do not specifically design for mobile, nor do we test for mobile beyond what is provided by WebAIM or have any knowledge or ability to test for mobile/tablet accessibility tools/programs.
4. Limitations of the Developer:  This site is developed internally.  Developer has limitations to their ability to code for, test and troubleshoot accessibility issues.  While we make a best effort to improve compliance, we may not be able to completely remediate any findings.  Usage of this site constitutes an acceptance of this limitation.
